A highly motivated real estate/ mortgage professional with 19 years of full circle transaction experience coupled with a passion for our community and the impact commercial and residential real estate has on our community. 


My Community Mortgage Lending was formed in 2019 from my vast long-term experience in the mortgage industry. I started as an Account Executive at Countrywide FullSpectrum Lending back in 2004 and pushed through in various positions in the industry. 
My most recent position  prior to a sole business owner was as Vice President and Lending Officer at First National Bank of Pasco. I specialize in origination Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, USDA, FHA and VA and Construction to Permanent financing. My Goal is to help clients obtain home financing that meets their needs ensuring they receive excellent service and cultivating relationships for life. Provide an environment of education for clients and realtors by discovering their best communication styles and loan options tailored to them so they can make informed decisions. Former Mortgage Loan Originator at San Antonio Citizens Credit Union, NFM Lending, Caliber Home Loans, Inc., Wells Fargo Home Mortgage BUILDER DIVISION- Managed multi-million-dollar pipeline account 90% new home construction pipeline averages 60 loans and 5-6 Million target a month in volume. Years at Wells Fargo 2006-2007; 2008-2010; 2011-2013 and 2016- May 2017. Regional Account Executive / Branch Operations at Waterstone Mortgage Corporation Worked under the direction of the Regional Manager opening up 3 Branches at for Waterstone Mortgage.

I Cultivate referral relationships with realtors, attorneys, accountants and financial planners in order to build customer base. Work with Affordable Housing and Florida BOND down payment assistance. Analyze applicant’s financial status; including, but not limited to, personal financial statements, tax returns, credit, and property evaluations (P+L Statements) to determine feasibility of granting credit. Correspond with or interviews applicants or creditors to resolve questions regarding application information. I Compile loan packages and facilitates negotiations with applicants to establishment standards on items such as fees, loan repayment options and other credit terms. Understand and educate my clients about the guidelines set by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, and outside brokers. In the past 15+ years, I have Developed knowledge of company products, policies and procedures, and underwriting requirements. Understand real estate appraisals, title reports, and real estate transactions. In addition to my lending expertise I was a Real Estate Agent at Florida Executive Realty January 2009 - September 2011 Commercial / Residential Sales partnered with an Accomplished Real Estate Associates, CCIM designation demonstrated outstanding record of success in the Commercial and Land Real Estate Market throughout Hillsborough, Pasco and Surrounding Counties. During this time, I was introduced to a background including the sale of many Historic Buildings in the Ybor City Historic District, witnessing the sale the Largest land parcel in the Channelside District, and the sale of Several Parcels in Pasco County that increased Development Growth in the Wesley Chapel Region. This contributed to my critical thinking and adept negotiation.
